Foothills Community Partnership Trust Fund
In addition to performing sampling and cleanup work at the Anniston Lead Site, Foothills Community Partnership established a permanent fund that is intended to meet community needs well into the future. The Foothills Community Partnership Trust Fund was created with a gift of $500,000. The first grant from this Fund was awarded to EMS to purchase a vehicle to transport neonatal infants.
Earnings from the Fund are awarded annually in the form of grants to meet community needs, as determined by the Community Foundation of Northeast Alabama, which administers the Fund.
